A company is looking for a Manager of Professional Services to lead a team of consultants in delivering client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants focused on onboarding and implementation for clients
• Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and drive product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience delivering complex SaaS or technology projects for mid-market to enterprise clients
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI agent prompting
• Experience in establishing best practices for enterprise engagements
