Manager of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers, the remote Manager of Professional Services will oversee service delivery and post-sales deployment programs for clients in the Americas Central region, ensuring customer-centric excellence while driving efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical team responsible for Zscaler solution deployments and support
• Own the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management of the team
• Manage cross-functional relationships to drive successful deployments and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing geographically distributed teams
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated experience in leadership development and implementing organizational strategy
• Technical expertise in network technologies, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols
