Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Manager of Professional Services Engineering will deliver custom, client-facing platform features and integrations for Augeo's B2B SaaS products while managing client relationships and overseeing engineering processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate client business requirements into development plans, ensuring clear communication of scope and timelines
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, managing expectations and delivery satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, overseeing sprint planning, architecture decisions, and code quality
Required qualifications
  • Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of direct client-facing experience in a professional services or solutions engineering role
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a management or technical lead capacity
  • Familiarity with both .NET/C# and TypeScript/React/Node.js ecosystems
  • Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks, particularly SOC 2 Type II
