Job Summary
Leading a team of Project Coordinators in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Project Coordinators will drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and ensure efficient delivery of client engagement projects while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators to enhance professional growth and project delivery
- Manage resource allocation and workload balancing to optimize team capacity and prevent delivery bottlenecks
- Evaluate and refine project coordination workflows and tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 2+ years of direct people management experience and 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role
- Proven experience leading and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment
- Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks and project management methodologies
- Experience in the construction industry or with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred
