Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts for revenue recognition and project margin analytics
• Collaborate with service line leaders to monitor revenue trends and ensure effective delivery management
• Identify tasks for automation and lead the design and implementation of automation solutions and AI-driven analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units
• Familiarity with Workday/SAP and automation platforms
