Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Proposal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts of subject matter experts and specialists for proposal development
Review solicitation documents, develop proposal plans, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
Lead analysis of RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and create initial drafts of proposals

Required Qualifications

BA Degree in Writing, Business Management, Communications, or similar field
5 years of experience in State or Federal proposals or equivalent education and experience
Experience in State or Federal Government health-related procurements
Proven ability to manage a cross-organizational team of 5 or more individuals
