Manager of Proposals and Start-Up

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Proposals & Study Start Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, feasibility assessments, and startup activities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposal accuracy and compliance
• Oversee regulatory document collection and maintain start-up trackers and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in clinical research, particularly in proposal development and study start-up
• Experience in a site network, CRO, or sponsor environment is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR, and clinical trial operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CTMS/eReg systems
