Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Prospect Management & Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundability assessment and align research efforts with enterprise priorities
• Execute proactive prospecting and manage prospect discovery initiatives
• Manage Salesforce pipeline and monitor pipeline health and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in prospect research, strategy, or fundraising operations
• Experience with major gifts or complex sales cycles
• Ability to operate in a data-driven, performance-oriented environment
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and research tools
• Strong understanding of pipeline management systems
