Manager of Provider Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analysts, providing technical direction and reviewing deliverables
• Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap in alignment with product and enterprise data strategy
• Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data, leading complex analyses and ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with provider and medical claims data
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Salesforce
