Manager of Provider-Based Clinics

Job Summary

To support organizational leaders across the health system, the full-time Manager of Provider-Based Clinics will manage a team responsible for financial and compliance analyses, training staff, and creating reports to optimize reimbursement and ensure regulatory compliance in outpatient services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing staff development and orientation programs focused on CMS regulations and internal processes
• Provide leadership and direction to professional staff while fostering a motivated work environment and achieving departmental goals
• Evaluate new provider-based clinic locations and guide the setup process while advising stakeholders on compliance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in finance or accounting
• At least one year of experience with CMS provider-based and/or RHC regulations
• Prior experience managing a team of professionals is preferred
