Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Data Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-7 employees, overseeing operations, career development, and process improvement
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize operations and manage client requests
• Identify and implement process improvements and manage concurrent projects while maintaining service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare related to provider data management or services, preferably in a leadership role
• General understanding of US healthcare and Managed Care Organizations
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong initiative and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
