Manager of Provider Enrollment

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Group Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the provider enrollment team for radiologists and imaging centers across multiple states
• Oversee Medicare and Medicaid group practice enrollment, including initial applications and updates
• Coordinate Changes of Ownership (CHOW) and Changes of Information (COI) for timely submission of documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in provider enrollment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment for radiology providers across multiple states
• Strong understanding of CMS 855 forms and enrollment systems
• Familiarity with radiology-specific operational models, including teleradiology and imaging centers
