Job Summary
To build and scale the clinical network for Pomelo's new Midlife line of business, the full-time Manager of Provider Network Operations will manage provider relationships, optimize network processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Set and report on network capacity targets while identifying and addressing gaps in patient access
- Own the end-to-end provider relationship, including orientation, utilization, and retention across the network
- Build and run programs to keep clinicians actively practicing within the Pomelo network and monitor provider-level quality data
Required qualifications
- 3 years of work experience, including 1+ years in provider network management or network operations at a telehealth company
- Demonstrated ownership over key network metrics such as growth, retention, and quality
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively across Clinical, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams
- Experience in women's health or managing a clinician network with multiple license types is a plus
