A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage prospecting and referral teams to meet targets for meetings and referral-to-admission conversions
• Train and coach team members, developing best practices and collaborating with field sales for strategic alignment
• Ensure data integrity and reporting while maintaining and improving operational processes for patient admissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in inside sales/prospecting
• 2+ years of experience leading a team with a track record of exceeding targets
• Healthcare experience is required
• Experience in team development and coaching
