Job Summary

Responsible for building customer relationships and driving product adoption, the full-time remote Manager of Provider Sales Operations will manage provider enrollment growth, oversee performance metrics, and develop operational improvement strategies to enhance customer success.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee execution plans across Provider Programs to meet sales and service targets
  • Lead and develop the Provider Marketing Program team to achieve revenue and enrollment goals
  • Manage BPO vendor relationships and ensure service standards for inbound provider interactions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1+ years in management
  • Experience managing metrics-driven sales and service operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development
  • Familiarity with eligibility verification processes or provider data management in healthcare or dental contexts is a plus
