Job Summary
Responsible for building customer relationships and driving product adoption, the full-time remote Manager of Provider Sales Operations will manage provider enrollment growth, oversee performance metrics, and develop operational improvement strategies to enhance customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee execution plans across Provider Programs to meet sales and service targets
- Lead and develop the Provider Marketing Program team to achieve revenue and enrollment goals
- Manage BPO vendor relationships and ensure service standards for inbound provider interactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1+ years in management
- Experience managing metrics-driven sales and service operations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development
- Familiarity with eligibility verification processes or provider data management in healthcare or dental contexts is a plus
