Manager of Provider Strategy

Job Summary

To support the Provider Strategy and Care Transformation Practice, the remote Manager of Provider Strategy will manage client engagements, translating healthcare policy and business insights into actionable recommendations while leading analysis and contributing to business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing scopes, timelines, and client communications
• Analyze legislation and payment policy to assess business impacts and develop strategic insights for provider clients
• Contribute to proposals and thought leadership while mentoring junior team members and shaping reusable practice methodologies

Required qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting or healthcare provider/value-based care organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare, particularly in Medicare, value-based care, or provider strategy
• Strong consulting skills, including structured problem-solving and polished written communication
• Proven ability to conduct market research, financial modeling, and strategic growth planning
• Bachelor's degree required
