Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
• LEAN certification advanced within 12 months of hire
• Experience in provider interactions with various healthcare providers
• Strong negotiation and data analysis skills
