Job Summary
Leading provider engagement and support activities, the full-time Manager of Provider Support will ensure a high-quality provider experience and strong network relationships while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate provider-facing initiatives and operational activities to ensure a positive provider experience across assigned regions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing questions, resolving issues, and facilitating timely responses to requests
- Monitor regional performance trends and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced provider satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in provider relations, provider operations, network management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with multiple departments
- Experience managing provider escalations and building strong provider relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with provider management systems or CRM platforms
- Demonstrated success in analyzing operational data and preparing reports to support decision-making and process improvement
