Manager of QA Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Performance Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to expand QA systems into new areas like Fraud, Integrity, and Risk
• Partner with Product, Operations, ML, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable quality programs
• Build systems, workflows, and documentation for measurable and sustainable QA capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or product operations
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning technical and business teams
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on clarity and impact
• Experience launching new systems, processes, or capabilities from scratch
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT prompt design or large-scale conversational analysis is a strong asset
