A company is looking for a Manager, RCM Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of data assets for enterprise reporting and operational decision-making in Revenue Cycle Management
• Oversee data infrastructure and predictive model development while managing a team of analytics engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define standards and translate requirements into analytics-ready data solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in analytics engineering and building reliable data products in cloud environments
• Proficiency in SQL and preferred experience in Python, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric/Power BI
• Background in healthcare revenue cycle management or related healthcare financial domains
• Proven technical leadership with experience in mentoring and supporting analytics initiatives
• Solid foundation in data quality, validation, and governance
