Manager of RCM Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Manager of RCM Analytics will oversee the analytics team to ensure the timely delivery of dashboards and operational reports while driving performance improvements across revenue cycle domains, working remotely from Gainesville, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the RCM Reporting & Analytics team, managing analysts and report developers
• Develop and optimize dashboards and operational reports using Power BI to provide timely business insights
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic Revenue Cycle reporting and integrate data sources for enterprise-wide reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Health Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare data analytics experience within a revenue cycle environment
• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising analysts or report writers
• Hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle reporting tools and data integration
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
