Manager of RCM Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of RCM Operations to lead and optimize post-payment revenue cycle management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing escalation point for reimbursement operations, ensuring timely resolution of posting and credit-related issues
• Lead end-to-end ownership of payment posting operations, ensuring compliance with client SOPs and reconciliation standards
• Manage the credit balance and refund workflow, ensuring proactive resolution of overpayments and audit risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, focusing on payment posting and credit balances
• Proven experience leading offshore teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with RCM systems such as Imagine Billing, Athena, or EPIC preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and dashboard creation
