Manager of Rebate Forecasting

Job Summary

To support the development and execution of rebate forecasting tools, the full-time Manager of Rebate Forecasting will oversee model inputs, conduct analyses, and coordinate cross-functional activities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and execution of rebate forecasting processes, including updates to model inputs and assumptions
• Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting to inform rebate forecasting decisions and validate forecast outputs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on forecasting deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, underwriting, actuarial, forecasting, or a related quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and model-based analysis
• Experience with structured datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, business, or a related quantitative discipline
