Manager of Rebates and Interconnection

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Rebates and Interconnection to oversee interconnection and rebate functions within the Home Energy System division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment processes
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors while conducting performance reviews
• Build and lead a team of rebates and interconnection specialists to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a process-driven approach
