• Oversee utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Demonstrated solar sales skills and results
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience in team development and people management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a process-driven approach to problem-solving
