A company is looking for a Manager of Recruiting Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Recruiting Operations team, providing structure and guidance
  • Own and improve recruiting systems and workflows, including ATS and integrations
  • Partner with finance and HR to develop frameworks for headcount planning and TA capacity tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent systems roles, with 3+ years in people management
  • Strong background in managing ATS systems and workflows, preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience translating recruiting data into actionable insights
  • Success in leading cross-functional projects involving technical systems and processes
  • Flexible, systems-oriented approach with strategic and tactical capabilities
