Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Regulatory Complaints to join their Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of annual regulatory obligations
• Maintain a repository of internal procedural guides on filing obligations
• Prepare, file, and secure approval for insurance products through the annual QHP filings application process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
