Manager of Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

To oversee compliance programs and regulatory activities, the full-time remote Manager of Regulatory Compliance will manage the regulatory reporting team, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and coordinate audit responses while collaborating with internal leaders to enhance reporting processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Medicare, and ACA
• Lead the regulatory reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship for timely execution of submissions
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans and provide training on compliance topics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer roles
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing compliance with regulatory requirements
• 3+ years of experience in developing operational procedures based on regulations
• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment with program building and maintenance
