Manager of Regulatory Governance

Job Summary

Supporting the maintenance of regulatory compliance, the full-time salaried Manager of Regulatory Governance will oversee the implementation of the Reliance Model, ensure adherence to compliance standards across business units, and provide ongoing reporting on regulatory change management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the new Reliance Model and oversee execution of the Reliance Model Questionnaire
• Require annual attestations of program compliance and confirm formal documentation of business-unit governance processes
• Provide ongoing reporting to maintain awareness of regulatory change management activities within Corporate Functions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory advisory, or a related role within financial services
• Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory requirements and advise on compliance risks and processes
• Strong program and project management experience, including governance and stakeholder engagement
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks or compliance programs in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred
