Manager of Reimbursements

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Reimbursements (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage strategic reimbursement initiatives, including analysis of CMS and State legislation
• Coordinate and execute complex strategic initiatives related to cost optimization and reimbursement methodologies for Medicare and Medicaid
• Evaluate financial impacts and communicate results across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of current reimbursement rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory roles
