Manager of Reimbursements

Job Summary

To support strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time remote Manager of Reimbursements will manage the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with reimbursement regulations, and oversee the functional team's operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute strategic reimbursement initiatives, including regulatory report preparation and compliance
• Mentor staff and assess workloads to prioritize reimbursement-related projects effectively
• Coordinate evaluations and planning for reimbursement methodologies impacting financial outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of reimbursement rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
