Manager of Reimbursements

Job Summary

To lead strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time remote Manager of Reimbursements will manage the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with reimbursement regulations, and oversee the operational efficiency of the functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute various reimbursement initiatives, including preparation and review of Medicare and Medicaid reports
• Ensure compliance with government reimbursement regulations and implement internal controls
• Mentor staff and manage workload prioritization for reimbursement-related projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of reporting rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
