Manager of Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Reliability Engineering to lead their Reliability Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-caliber team of SDETs and reliability engineers
• Own the architecture and implementation of test infrastructure and tooling for scalable testing
• Drive automation-first practices and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in systems, tools, or infrastructure development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role with a successful track record
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Python, TypeScript, Java)
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and test platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and integrating tests into developer workflows
