Manager of Reporting Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting Analytics to lead a team responsible for company-wide metrics and reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve metric definitions to ensure alignment and trust in critical KPIs
• Manage the reporting layer within the data warehouse to support scalable analytics and decision-making
• Design and deliver the official reporting suite, including dashboards and performance reviews for various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in analytics or reporting teams
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Hex, BigQuery); familiarity with Python is a bonus
• Proven track record in owning metric definition frameworks and reporting infrastructure
• Experience in supporting Board-level and strategic reporting with high precision and accuracy
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
