Manager of Reporting and Analysis

Job Summary

To support the US and Canada Commercial Services organization, the full-time salaried Manager of Reporting and Analysis will develop advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven solutions while focusing on building and enhancing analytical assets and data processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve standardized commercial reporting for performance monitoring in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management
• Design and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows using SQL and Python, applying machine learning techniques to enhance outputs
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective reporting and analytical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, analytics, or a quantitative discipline and 3+ years of experience in analytics or reporting
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analytical workflows
• Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working within Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
