Manager of Reporting and Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Reporting and Analytics, responsible for developing strategic priorities and executing operational plans for information delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the department reporting strategy based on compliance, client demands, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and manage a team of reporting staff to meet performance expectations and objectives
• Oversee planning, development, testing, and coordination for new reports, data pulls, and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis, or data analysis
• 1 year of leadership or people management experience
• Experience with report generating technologies (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
