Job Summary

Leading a customer-focused operations team, the full-time Manager of Residential Solar Operations will drive department performance, optimize processes, and enhance the customer experience while managing third-party partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Residential Solar Customer Operations team, aligning with departmental and company goals
  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary relationship partner for third-party nearshore partners, ensuring accountability and performance monitoring
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer operations or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the residential solar or related energy/utility industry
  • Proven ability to lead and manage third-party or outsourced teams
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with workforce management and service operations preferred
