Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Resource and Training (2-Year Fixed-Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate diverse resources for youth and student groups
• Support and train volunteer youth Peer Trainers for live training sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement training and resources effectively

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a relevant field
• Experience working with youth, including high school and college students
• Proficient in creating educational content across various media
• Experience designing and implementing training workshops for diverse learning styles
• Background in grassroots, volunteer, or member-based organizations
