Job Summary

Leading a team of compliance administrators, the full-time Manager of Retirement Compliance will provide oversight, promote effective communication, and ensure adherence to established practice standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor staff to ensure compliance with practice standards and effective service delivery
  • Manage daily workflow, monitor team performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on project involvement
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and client delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in defined contribution compliance administration and two years of leadership experience
  • QKA credential (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) is strongly recommended or equivalent expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
