Key Responsibilities

• Oversee volume statistical reports for management and stakeholders
• Assist in the creation of annual hospital volume and charge budgets
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to impact business plans and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or a related field; MBA or MPH preferred
• Five years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics, preferably in healthcare
• Management experience in a remote or corporate environment is valued
• Experience with finance, accounting, or analytics projects required
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint; SQL competence preferred
