Manager of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day delivery of RCM projects, the full-time remote Manager of Revenue Cycle Management will build work plans, coordinate testing and training, and ensure project readiness through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, tasks, and deliverables while identifying dependencies and documenting exclusions
• Lead project meetings, hold team members accountable, and maintain current action, risk, and decision logs
• Coordinate testing, launch, and stabilization efforts, ensuring all requirements are met before go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of healthcare project management, implementation, or operational-improvement experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects through all phases, including planning, testing, and closeout
• Working knowledge of healthcare RCM processes, including billing, claims, and payer requirements
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills with the ability to challenge unclear ownership professionally
