Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations (Deal Desk).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted Deal Coach to Sales on complex deal structures and implement discounting frameworks
  • Design and document the Deal Desk lifecycle while hiring and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Standardize deal types and maintain the Deal Desk Playbook for Sales self-service
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Finance; 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, enterprise deal structures, and revenue recognition
  • Advanced Salesforce and CPQ expertise
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence senior Sales leaders
