Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations (Deal Desk).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted Deal Coach to Sales on complex deal structures and implement discounting frameworks
- Design and document the Deal Desk lifecycle while hiring and mentoring a high-performing team
- Standardize deal types and maintain the Deal Desk Playbook for Sales self-service
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Finance; 2+ years of management experience
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, enterprise deal structures, and revenue recognition
- Advanced Salesforce and CPQ expertise
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence senior Sales leaders
