Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, RevOps & Automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve Sales and Customer Success processes to enhance pipeline velocity and revenue retention
  • Build and manage automation across the GTM tech stack to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations on growth, retention, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling GTM processes, systems, and automation
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and GTM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience designing quotas, compensation plans, and territory models
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
