Manager of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Leading the billing and revenue accounting processes for a global customer base, the full-time Manager of Revenue Operations will ensure accurate invoicing, oversee collections, and drive process improvements while working remotely during standard East Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own global billing operations, ensuring timely invoice generation and alignment with contract terms
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue flux commentary
• Continuously improve billing and revenue processes for scalability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
