Manager of RFP Operations

Job Summary

Leading a global RFP team, the full-time Manager of RFP Operations will manage high-volume workflows, develop team members across multiple time zones, and drive process innovation through AI tooling in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Analysts across various time zones, focusing on onboarding and performance feedback
• Own the end-to-end RFP and security questionnaire workflow, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• Champion AI-assisted workflow automation and evaluate new technologies to improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales, RevOps, Proposal Management, or related operations role
• At least 1 year in a people management or formal team lead capacity
• Proven experience managing high-volume proposal operations in a SaaS or technology environment
• Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) for case management and reporting
• Hands-on proficiency with RFP automation software and content management tools
