Manager of Risk Strategy

Job Summary

To support the Credit Strategy team, the remote Manager of Risk Strategy will establish credit strategies aligned with risk appetite, oversee the recreational vehicle portfolio, and utilize advanced data analytics to optimize underwriting strategies for profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analytics to advise on loan origination and pricing strategies that enhance profitability
• Take ownership of credit policy documentation and improve processes to mitigate credit risk exposure
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead new credit product initiatives and communicate insights to C-level audiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong understanding of consumer credit and lending
• 3+ years of experience in credit analysis with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Exceptional hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel
• Experience in communicating complex analyses to diverse audiences
