Manager of RPA Automation
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - RPA & Process Automation in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the automation lifecycle from intake to deployment
- Partner with RCM stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
- Translate business processes into detailed requirements and specifications for development teams
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of RPA/automation delivery
- Experience with RPA tools, preferably UiPath, and similar automation technologies
- 3+ years of business analysis or process design experience
- 4+ years of people leadership or team management experience
- Strong experience partnering with IT/development teams to deliver technical solutions
