Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Operational Sales Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training courses to enhance productivity and profitability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve training strategies
  • Develop and evaluate training content and measure the effectiveness of programs
Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree; Master's level work is a plus
  • 5-7 years of proven success in direct hire and professional staffing, preferably in finance & accounting
  • 5 years of people sales management experience with demonstrated success in driving business results
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
