Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Operational Sales Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training courses to enhance productivity and profitability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve training strategies
- Develop and evaluate training content and measure the effectiveness of programs
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree; Master's level work is a plus
- 5-7 years of proven success in direct hire and professional staffing, preferably in finance & accounting
- 5 years of people sales management experience with demonstrated success in driving business results
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
