Manager of Sanctions Operations

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of OFAC, 314(a), and PEP screening queues, the full-time remote Manager of Sanctions Operations will oversee a team to ensure service level agreements are met while providing second-level review and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Sanctions Operations team and manage workload to maintain service standards for screening queues
• Provide second-level reviews of screening dispositions and ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Monitor productivity metrics and manage escalation workflows for OFAC/314(a)/PEP screening operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or a related field
• CAMS certification required; CGSS preferred
• 5-8 years of BSA/AML or sanctions screening experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in an operations or screening environment
• Hands-on experience with OFAC/314(a)/PEP screening platforms and workflows
