A company is looking for a Manager of Security Operations & Engineering to lead and evolve their security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and SOC analysts
• Drive daily security operations and develop incident response processes
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance security capabilities and reduce risk

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations and/or engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in building or maturing SOC and incident response programs
• Expertise in IAM, cloud security, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience with security tools like SIEM/SOAR and threat intelligence platforms
• A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing technical teams
